Aim of the project ”Otkazniki” (“Denied children”) is rendering of material support to orphaned children, including clothes, toys, books, developing games, sporting equipment, medical drugs, medical help and equipment, diapers and others.

The project had been realized in:

• Municipal hospitals (Children’s hospital № 1, Children's infectious diseases hospital № 3, Filatov’s Municipal children's hospital № 5, Pediatric Academy, Regional children’s hospital etc.),
• Orphanaes (Social orphanage “Children ark”, Social orphanage on the Stoykosty Street etc.),
• Orphan homes in St. Petersburg and in region (Syversky orphan home, Children’s home in Anisimovo, Pavlovsky boarding school).
• Boarding schools (Boarding school № 60, Gatchina’s boarding school etc.)

All institutions where orphaned children live have coordinators. Coordinator’s responsibilities are: gathering information about children’s needs, raising means according to these needs, and control following usage of the means.
